Sound healing is healing practice that has been around for thousands of years. Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Quartz Triangle are a beautiful part of one of my sound healing sessions. Sound healing releases unwanted/negative energies no longer servicing our highest good on a cellular level, harmonizes and aligns the body, mind and spirit. As well as opens and balances our chakras, leaving us feeling more at ease, grounded, and peaceful.

Sound healing can be added to your energy work, this adds such a beautiful element to a session. Or you can opt for a private sound healing session, or a private group of up to 4 in my office.  Another option, I can come to a setting appropriate to accomodate more individuals!
